The Foundation for Haslett Schools (FHS) generates resources for programs, projects, events, and technology that fall outside the district's regular budget. In short, we “Fund Beyond the Fundamentals.”

 

Since 1989, the FHS has raised more than $500,000 from individuals, families, businesses, and annual fundraising events. To accomplish our mission, we use these funds to enrich educational opportunities. In other words, these funds directly benefit our students and teachers.

 

Our goals are:

• Provide additional support for educational activities, events, and facilities;

• Encourage innovative projects and programs; and

• Award scholarships for graduating senior students.

 

The Foundation achieves its goals by linking families, schools, businesses, and the community.
